Launched in November 2023, this service is led by Hervé Bénard, a technical expert in vibration testing equipment.

Shakers, like any equipment, are subject to wear and can break down unexpectedly, leading to costly interruptions. Manufacturers therefore need to optimize the use of their testing equipment and minimize downtime.

6LING specializes in the maintenance of vibration testing equipment for all major brands. It offers both one-off interventions and planned maintenance as part of a contract. In addition, it offers support for the proper use of the equipment. Finally, it also helps in writing the specifications for purchasing a vibration system.

6LING carries out maintenance of vibration testing equipment (on all major brands of equipment).
- System diagnostics: identification of the origin of the breakdown or malfunction of the vibrator.
- Troubleshooting (curative maintenance): replacement of the defective part(s) and restarting of the system with performance verification.
- Preventive maintenance: verification of proper operation, with or without dismantling of the voice coil. Replacement of consumable parts and regular adjustment.
The service relies on partnerships with manufacturers and we have a stock of original spare parts in order to provide a rapid response in the event of a breakdown.
Training in the use of vibration testing equipment
6LING offers training on the Fundamentals of vibration testing for all types of profiles, without prerequisites.
The training objectives :
