Virtual electronic card
Development, design, up to the converter prototype
- Requirements formalization: The client provides a specification or specifications, or we help formalize the requirements.
- Technical solution research: We research technical solutions and estimate the time required to develop the product.
- Electronic design: Calculations and simulations are performed to refine the model and measure power requirements to define the list of critical components required.
- Mechanical design: Design of the external part of the finished product (mechanics, casing, mechatronic features, HMI display).
- Schematic and routing: Drawing of the detailed schematic of the electronic board and routing (translating the schematic into a physical board in the software to make the connections between the components).
- Electronic board manufacturing: Ordering the necessary components and assembling the electronic board.
- Testing: We test the electronic board to verify that the assembly meets the specifications.
- Iterations: We repeat the previous steps until the prototype is delivered.
