Vibration simulation

calcul vibratoire simulation vibrations

Validate your product designs by measuring their vibration resistance through simulation! The 6NAPSE Group carries out the vibration simulation and numerical analysis of structures and systems.

Vibrations can be a source of deterioration and wear, discomfort and noise for many mechanical systems. Manufacturers have thus integrated that vibrations (transport or conditions of use) could drastically reduce the life of their products.

Their modeling in living conditions allows the calculation of stresses, the spectra of efforts and accelerations and the recommendation of improvements. Thus, the simulation of a vibration test allows manufacturers to assess the vibration behavior of their systems and structures.

The purpose of vibration calculation is to:

  • Ensuring optimal system operation
  • Reduce manufacturing costs and product development time
  • Limit product noise levels and avoid the risk of breakage

Vibration simulation and numerical analysis

The 6NAPSE Group carries out vibration calculation and supports the various industrialists (aerospace, automotive, rail, etc.) in their procedures. We evaluate the vibratory behavior of a mechanical system numerically by finite element method. Indeed, we anticipate the constraints and movements of a system or product before its final design.

In addition, we carry out a 3D simulation of the vibratory phenomena (breakage, vibratory behavior, etc.) carried out on a shaker following a loading application.

Our models also allow for vibration reduction. Through our expertise in viscoelastic materials, we design effective and robust damping solutions.

Our simulation team uses simulation software with finite element calculation codes. They reproduce the vibratory stresses and solve equations from a discrete CAD model. The 6NAPSE Group has the material, software and human resources to support its customers throughout the value chain of the vibration reliability of industrial equipment.
