Microbiological analysis and microbiology testing

analyse microbiologique

6NAPSE Group’s microbiological analysis laboratories support manufacturers (food, automotive, aeronautics, etc.) to meet regulatory requirements.

The microbiology and material analysis skills of our laboratories make it possible to respond to industrial issues. Our studies are based on French, European and international standards.

Our teams study your problems and offer you tailor-made solutions. We can isolate and identify microorganisms (molds, bacteria) that contaminate your food products, your surfaces, your automotive or aeronautical equipment.

Microbiology expertise of materials

  • Evaluation of antimicrobial properties (ISO 22196, ISO 846, ASTM G21, JIS Z 2801, …)
  • Resistance to mold (RTCA/DO-160G Section 13, ISO 846, automotive standards, etc.)
  • Contamination: search for bacterial or fungal contaminants, identification by molecular biology

Food microbiological analysis

Our laboratories carry out your food microbiology analyzes and the hygiene control of your products. In particular, we detect pathogens and non-pathogens present in food.

  • Determination and validation of the expiry date (DLC) of food products
Optimization of the DLC: formulation of the food product
  • Aging test (NF V01-003 standard): validation of the shelf life of perishable and highly perishable foods, by studying the natural contamination of the food.
  • Growth tests (NF V01-009 standard): study of the behavior of pathogenic (Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli) or non-pathogenic (Listeria innocua, enterobacteriaceae, yeasts, molds, bacterial spores) microorganisms, artificial contamination by field strains (isolated from your products) or collection strains.
  • Analysis of pathogens on site and precise identification using molecular biology tools of the source of contamination of the finished product.
  • Stability of preserves and similar products (standards NV V08-401, NF V08-408) and study of the causes of instability.
  • Thermal destruction parameters of a specific contaminant: experimental determination of time (DT) and decimal reduction factor (z).
  • Accidental contamination: search for the contaminant in the product and on site (identification by molecular biology, help in solving the problem)

Guarantee the safety of your consumers thanks to the microbiological analyzes of the 6NAPSE Group and ensure proper compliance with regulatory standards in terms of microbiology.
