The 6NAPSE Group carries out vibration testing. We qualify, validate and test the vibration resistance of electronic and mechanical components, subsystems and assemblies.

Vibration testing Laboratory

The 6NAPSE Group Test Center carries out vibration tests for the characterization or qualification of products according to specifications or standards (ISO 16750, IEC 61373, IEC 60068, DO-160, MIL-STD, etc.).

The 6NAPSE Group is a major player in battery testing. We have the ability to carry out vibration tests coupled with climate on batteries up to 3m wide and 2 tons.

Tooling and part-vibrator interface

Any vibration test requires specific or universal tools. The 6NAPSE Group has an engineering office for the sizing, design, simulation and manufacture of tools. Several operating modes are possible: either the tools belong to the manufacturer at the end of the project, or a 6NAPSE tool is adapted to correspond to the desired environment.

Our Test Center is called upon by a large number of industrial sectors to carry out tests on shakers (Aerospace, Military, Automotive, Railway, etc.).

Vibration tests in controlled environments

Cleanliness class area

Our shakers are under laminar flow enclosure, allowing us to test in cleanliness class ISO 8 according to the specifications of the aerospace industry (with lock to change, blouses, charlottes,...). In the ISO 8 area, there are dedicated tools, dedicated sensors and cleaning equipment (isopropyl alcohol).

Remote climate chamber 🌡

We carry out vibration tests under climatic and humidity conditions by equipping our vibrators with a remote climatic chamber. The 6NAPSE Group has 2 remote climatic chambers and 3 modular air generators.
Temperatures: -70°C +180°C
Humidity: control up to 95% RH

Cooling for hydraulic circuit 

Our vibration tests can be carried out under climatic conditions with a cooling circuit different from the oven. We reproduce the environment in series life and in operation (with a water/glycol mixture up to 90°C or synthetic oils/silicone up to 200°C). The 6NAPSE Group has 3 cooling benches.
Operating temperatures: -50°C +200°C
