When designing the product, manufacturers must guarantee that during use, the cap or cover remains on the support. This is particularly the case in the cosmetics, packaging, pharmaceutical industries, etc.

Control of the screwing / unscrewing torque: packaging testing
The 6NAPSE Group supports manufacturers in studying the durability of their product in use. Our stripping tests consist in validating a screwing / unscrewing force on a product. Our laboratory tightens and loosens over several cycles while measuring the pressure force. Thus, it characterizes the ability to screw and unscrew over time. It also determines the force threshold from which the tightening pitch will derail.
Our torque meter is designed to simply check the screwing of caps. We apply a force in newtons according to the specifications. The device accurately measures clockwise and anti-clockwise, up to 12 Nm, the tightening and loosening torque of caps.
Our stripping tests are suitable for a wide variety of samples such as bottles (water, syrup, wine, spirits), flacons (perfume, medical), test tubes, jars or pots for example.
The test can be conducted according to standardized protocols.
