Manufacturers generally need to acoustically isolate a system to make acoustic measurements undisturbed by ambient noise from the environment (e.g.: production plant). Indeed, acoustic radiation which is not what is expected may appear on the final product.
The 6NAPSE Group designs an acoustic insulation solution in order to validate production using noise criteria. We determine a simplified acoustic characterization procedure based on extensive laboratory tests. The procedure uses a suitable setup with reduced instrumentation and a reduced characterization protocol to follow a specific criterion (e.g. stiffness, radiated noise, etc.).
Thus, the bench can integrate thresholds for each criterion in order to obtain a go/no go on the performance of the product tested. The bench is delivered turnkey to allow a newly trained operator to carry out the test themselves regularly on the production line in order to monitor performance. If an element differs in the production process, the acceptability threshold will be exceeded and the problem will be immediately identified.

Sound insulation to reduce system noise
The noise level of the machines is likely to create acoustic discomfort for operators, or even a high level of exposure. The health, safety and working conditions committees (CHSCT/QHSE) of companies are therefore looking for solutions to improve acoustic comfort conditions and limit operator exposure.
The 6NAPSE Group designs tailor-made acoustic insulation boxes adapted to the means of production. This system can meet both acoustic soundproofing requirements, technical constraints (aeraulic and thermal) and industrial needs.
After installation, we carry out operational verification measurements. We can thus accurately define the noise reduction and comfort gain obtained thanks to the acoustic pack.
Acoustic insulation to determine the sound level in a restricted environment
Industrial manufacturers generally wish to identify the sound level of their product according to the ISO 3744, ISO 3745, ISO 3746 standards, either as part of a regulation or as part of the creation of a product sheet.
The 6NAPSE Group therefore produces custom acoustic boxes isolating from the external environment and simulating an anechoic environment. This anechoic box allows the determination of the acoustic power levels emitted by noise sources based on the acoustic pressure.
