The 6NAPSE Group supports a wide range of tests through its different structures. A response is proposed on the entire validation plan.
A validation plan consists of ensuring that the product meets safety and/or performance requirements defined by the customer. It arrives after the design phase, with the first prototypes and before the market launch.
Example: a car door can experience extreme temperatures, a salty or dusty atmosphere, sunlight, road vibrations, mechanical shocks, etc.
Industrial validation through custom tests
The 6NAPSE Group provides manufacturers with all the answers necessary to optimize a product. From the development phase to the redesign, through experimentation and technical testing, we implement a number of steps and solutions to address the issues.
The 6NAPSE Group supports you in the construction and realization of your specifications, to test your product in a tailor-made configuration or for a complete validation plan. We analyze the results and as part of a validation plan, we can also offer you technical solutions, with the possibility of resuming product design via simulation.
Testing
We develop tailor-made, multi-physical and complex benches. We thus characterize your products by various mechanical and environmental stresses. Mechanical stresses can be static, quasi-static, endurance, or fatigue. We produce specific tools to stress test parts in linear or rotary motion.
Environmental testing
Environmental constraints can be:
