The 6NAPSE Group offers and designs tailor-made vibration isolation solutions to reduce the risks associated with vibrations.

Too strong vibrations often generate discomfort, noise and create failures (breakage, wear). These vibrations can appear at any time: from the design phase, to industrial production or on the product already marketed. They impact the entire industry (railway, automobile, sport and leisure (electric bicycle), road transport, aeronautics, household appliances).

The origins of vibrations are multiple:

• Vibrations related to the external environment and going up to a subsystem, in fact, disturbed
• Vibrations related to the source rising through the structure thus generating noise (eg: a motor)

The solution then lies in a suitable filtration pad associated if necessary with a redesign of the system.

Vibration isolation and vibration reduction solutions by 6NAPSE Group

The 6NAPSE Group offers vibration isolation solutions. He first performs preliminary vibration measurements in order to determine the reasons for the poor insolation (poor choice of dimensioning, stiffness and design of structure or inappropriate source).

Then, the teams carry out simulation and registration to obtain a model correlated with reality. They then iterate on solutions in principle and design (redesign, determination of the mechanical parameters of the filtration pad) to obtain better insulation.

We also support manufacturers on the choice of the most suitable plot that meets the criteria determined in simulation.

Then, the 6NAPSE Group can carry out a redesign phase of the plot-structure and plot-source interfaces. We make sure that the interfaces are industrializable. Once the vibration isolation solution has been implemented on the structure, we carry out verification measurements to guarantee a good reduction in transmitted vibrations.

We can also design dynamic beaters to reduce the amplification of the suspension resonance of the source system – filtration pot – host structure.
