What is a vibration analysis ?
Vibration measurement consists of quantifying and analyzing the oscillatory movement of a mechanical system or product when it is subjected to stresses (in real operation or on a test bench).
Vibration measurement by 6NAPSE Group
Since 1999, the 6NAPSE Group has been conducting vibration analyses and supporting manufacturers in improving the reliability and validation of their products through vibration testing. In this context, we perform vibration measurements to minimize product vibration levels. We work with various industries (aerospace, automotive, rail, refrigeration systems, etc.).
The goal? To minimize product vibration levels according to vibration comfort specifications or standards (ISO 2631, ISO 5349).
The phenomenon is captured by precise instrumentation such as accelerometers or scanning 3D laser vibrometry to translate this movement into usable physical data.
- Operational characterization: verification of the vibration level with the system in operation.
