Heat treatment furnace

The 6NAPSE Group performs heat treatments under controlled atmosphere. The 6NAPSE Group brings its materials expertise to enable the provision of an appropriate heat treatment solution to industrial specifications.

Heat treatments to develop new materials

The 6NAPSE GROUP carries out heat treatments in different atmospheres, at high temperature and under vacuum, in order to help develop new materials and their characteristics.

This furnace is also used in the optimization of conventional heat treatments (by aging, tempering, quenching, etc.), new alloys and for the optimization of parts resulting from metal additive manufacturing.

Our materials expertise will allow the provision of an appropriate heat treatment solution to industrial specifications. The multitude of gases at our disposal allows tailor-made studies using nitrogen, argon, helium, carbon dioxide, nitrogen/hydrogen mixture or Argon/Hydrogen.

Applications

  • Support for the development of new materials and their characteristics (e.g. new alloys)
  • Optimization of parts from metal additive manufacturing
