ISO 8 area testing
The 6NAPSE Group carries out testing in ISO 8 cleanliness class tents. These tests comply with industry specifications requiring a clean environment.
Tests under ISO 8 and ISO 7 conditions
The 6NAPSE Group carries out vibration tests in a controlled atmosphere allowing gray/clean room tests according to industry specifications (ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanliness class – NF EN ISO 14644).
The area controls and filters the level of particles in suspension in the air. It is equipped with dedicated tools, dedicated sensors and cleaning equipment (isopropyl alcohol). It therefore allows tests to be carried out in cleanliness class ISO8 (with lock for changing, gowns, charlottes, etc.).
Our two ISO 8 electrodynamic vibrators (60kN and 89kN) are in a laminar flow enclosure.

Cleanliness class tent
The principle of the tent is to blow clean air from the ceiling and force it to sweep the entire tent. Ambient air first passes through a pre-filter and then through a sterile filter. Then, the filtered air escapes from the ceiling and carries the particles to the floor for evacuation.
Thus, this action of decontamination and dust removal makes it possible to work in a purified environment.
The SAFRAN trust
Our test center has SAFRAN approval for vibration qualification tests under ISO 8 clean environment. The 6NAPSE Group is also an official supplier of Safran Aircraft Engines for their development and production tests on plasma propulsion engines.
