ISO 14644 testing in a clean environment

The 6NAPSE Group carries out vibration qualification tests in a clean ISO 14644 environment.

The ISO 14644 standard includes test methods carried out in clean rooms and related controlled environments. Thus, a clean room allows the control of contamination. The products and processes concerned include, among others, aerospace, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health and agri-food.

Tests in ISO 14644 conditions: vibration tests in clean room

The 6NAPSE Group carries out validation tests in ISO 14644 conditions. The test center has all the structures and air treatment systems to guarantee a clean environment. Indeed, we are equipped with two ISO 8 cleanliness class tents.

The tent controls and filters the level of particles in suspension in the air. It is equipped with dedicated tools, dedicated sensors and cleaning equipment (isopropyl alcohol) and is characterized as a controlled area (with lock for changing, gowns, charlottes, etc.).

Our controlled atmosphere vibration testing meets industry specifications. In addition, our two ISO 8 electrodynamic vibrators (60kN and 89kN) are under laminar flow enclosure.

SAFRAN’s trust

Our test center has SAFRAN approval for vibration qualification tests in ISO8 clean environment. The 6NAPSE Group is also an official supplier of Safran Aircraft Engines for their development and production tests on plasma propulsion engines.
