Mechanical testing with cylinders / actuators
The 6NAPSE Group offers its customers the performance of mechanical, vibration endurance, fatigue or maneuver tests, based on the movement of the parts or systems tested using cylinders.
The 6NAPSE Group has the means to design and size test fixtures and tools. Their optimization in terms of mechanical or vibration resistance is possible through the simulation and calculation skills and resources available within the Group. Our test center carries out mechanical fatigue and endurance tests with cylinders.
Mechanical tests (static, endurance and fatigue)
Fatigue tests
Fatigue tests consist of the application of alternating tensile/compressive stresses, generally of low amplitude, on the parts to be tested. The 6NAPSE Group Test Center has hydraulic and electric actuators up to 50kN, as well as controllers allowing several actuators to be controlled simultaneously.
Vibration endurance tests
In addition to electrodynamic shakers, the 6NAPSE Group offers hydraulic actuators (up to 50kN). This equipment allows the performance of vibration tests at low frequencies from 0Hz to 200Hz. They complete the range of vibrating pots with higher controllable speeds, and displacements of up to 300mm. The control systems allow the performance of fixed sine, sine sweep, random type tests.
Mechanical endurance tests
Mechanical endurance tests consist of the application of repetitive movements on a given system. Being able to be associated with more or less important and complex displacements, these tests make it possible to test the functional characteristics of the tested system and to evaluate its behavior under the repetition of requests.
For this, the Group has electric actuators (displacements up to 750mm) and pneumatic actuators. Also equipped with modular mechanical tools, we can adapt our assemblies to the constraints of your tests, from the simplest to the most complex.
Piloting systems make it possible to control several actuators simultaneously in order to simulate complex movements on several axes.
All our tests can be carried out in a controlled climatic environment.
