The 6NAPSE Group laboratories carry out chemical analysis and elemental dosage of materials.

C/S analysis makes it possible to measure carbon and sulfur in a metal sample. The elemental analysis of carbon and sulfur consists of determining the chemical composition of a sample, in particular its content. Elemental analysis makes it possible to obtain quantitative (concentration and dosage) or qualitative (presence or absence) information on chemical elements.

This high-precision equipment is equipped with an induction furnace allowing the combustion of samples at high temperatures. The quantifications of sulfur and carbon are carried out using infrared cells. These dosages are important for determining or verifying the expected nuances. These elements, often in small quantities, are essential for judging the quality of metallic materials.

We carry out the determination of carbon and sulfur in steels and cast irons, but also in other metal matrices.
