Mechanical rotation testing

fiabilité mécanique rotation

The 6NAPSE Group guarantees the resistance to mechanical rotation of a part or an assembly thanks to tests carried out in the laboratory.

Rotation tests

A tensile test is a physical and mechanical testing method. It gives the mechanical characteristics of a material: elastic behavior, plastic behavior and breaking strength.

Among its mechanical durability tests (fatigue, endurance), the 6NAPSE Group offers tensile tests. Furthermore, like any mechanical test, the tensile test reproduces a simple stress, to simulate the forces and stresses in real conditions.

The laboratory comes to rotate parts to validate their behavior, fatigue, reliability in the face of this type of effort. Rotation generates heat, which can lead to part deformation or fatigue. The 6NAPSE Group can create a bench to reproduce the vehicle or life environment of a part via a tailor-made bench and motors to reproduce this rotation.

Application

  • Rotation tests on bearings

The 6NAPSE Group conducts other Mechanical Reliability Tests: Compression Tests, Tensile Tests and Torsion Tests.

Any part/system subject to repeated mechanical stress.

From the single part to the complete system.
