Thermal testing – climatic testing

The 6NAPSE Group carries out thermal testing to measure the resistance of materials and their behavior in environments with widely varying temperatures.
Temperature and humidity have an influence on the life of a material or product. Thus, the choice of suitable materials is essential according to the environmental conditions of the products.
Thermal testing
The 6NAPSE Group conducts hot-cold-humidity thermal tests in climatic chambers. The climatic test in cycle or in thermal shock makes it possible to qualify or control the evolution of parts under conditions adapted to your specifications or according to existing standards.
Following this test, which can be carried out by controlling temperature and humidity, it is possible to observe the evolution of an assembly or a subassembly in order to:
• Determine areas susceptible to aging,
• Control the effectiveness of a protective paint,
• Qualify the performance of a container,
• Compare the performance of parts from different suppliers,
• To evaluate the evolution of colorimetry and/or shine,
• …
